4'5 and below: 80 lbs
4'6 thru 4'8: 85 lbs
4'9: 87 lbs
4'10: 88 lbs
4'11: 90 lbs
5'0: 90 lbs
5'1 thru 5'4: 98
5'5: 105
5'6: 107
5'7: 110
5'8: 115
5'9: 120
5'10: 125
5'11 and up: 125
If you’re 12 or under, add 10 lbs to your goal. Take it from me, it’s better to lose less and not fuck up your metabolism for life, regardless of how much you want it. My metabolism is dead and it’s because I pushed too hard.
If you’re 13-18, give or take 5 pounds. You’re still growing, and again with the metabolism thing.
If you’re 18 and up, keep this.
